Own the company's overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Manage cash flow and working capital across cross-border operations (UAE + Egypt), including currency risk and repatriation of funds
Oversee import/trade finance — LCs, supplier payment terms, customs duties, and cost-of-goods tracking for imported medical/aesthetic inventory
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and board reporting packages
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Egyptian tax law, and any relevant free-zone/customs regulations
Lead pricing and margin analysis for distribution deals and new product line negotiations (e.g. injectable/device distribution agreements)
Build and manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
Develop and enforce internal financial controls, approval workflows, and fraud-prevention measures
Manage inventory financing and stock valuation for a trading/distribution business model
Support due diligence and structuring for new supplier/distributor partnerships
Build out the finance team as the company scales (AP/AR, accountants, controllers)
Provide financial risk assessment for litigation, receivables, and debt recovery matters
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (required)
CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA certification (strongly preferred)
MBA is a plus, especially with a finance or international business focus
