Job Purpose

The Financial Planning Analyst will be based in Dubai and report directly to the FP&A Manager, AME. The role supports financial planning and analysis across the Middle East and Africa region, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making and business performance. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and regional finance teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Financial planning and analysis operations:
    • Consolidate and interpret company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
    • Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
    • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget and rolling forecasts
  • Finance and business partnership
    • Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement One sentence about main responsibility 
    • Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput
    • Engage in ongoing cost efficiency in all areas of the company

  • Strategic guidance
    • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction

Qualifications & Experience Required


Education, Master, other certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field


MBA / MSc is a plus


Experience (years):
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    Experience in Middle East markets required
Technical Skills:
  • Strong financial analysis and forecasting
  • Advanced SAP and Excel skills
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • IFRS knowledge
Languages Skills:

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus


Soft/Behavioral Skills:
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
