POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering high‑quality technical support across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and comfort of hotel facilities. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems while responding promptly to guest and operational requests. The technician ensures all work complies with safety standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements, contributing to an exceptional guest experience and efficient hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance — Conduct routine inspections and scheduled servicing of hotel equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
Technical Repairs — Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Guest Support — Respond to guest room maintenance requests efficiently to maintain comfort and satisfaction.
Facility Upkeep — Perform general building maintenance including carpentry, painting, and minor installations.
Safety Compliance — Follow all safety protocols, maintain accurate maintenance logs, and support emergency procedures.
Team Collaboration — Work closely with the engineering team and other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
