TDIC Food & Beverage has a diverse portfolio of F&B venues, including high-end stand alone restaurants that are well established within the Abu Dhabi market (Premium Steakhouse, Contemporary American Restaurant & Japenese Fusion Restaurant & Lounge) and a renowned luxury beach club that is nestled away on the island of Saadiyat.
Effectively monitor the daily operations of the respective outlet, provides support and guidance to fellow outlet staff to ensure success and effective operation ending in a positive customers experience. Develop, implement and train all menus as per the outlet concept, provide support to banqueting operation to any of the other units if required.
· High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Must have at least 6 years’ experience in the culinary department in luxury/lifestyle hospitality/restaurant industry.
· Must have strong steakhouse background/experience/knowledge.
