Summary:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Order Taker to assist in coordinating and managing housekeeping requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Responsibility:
- Answering calls and responding to emails from guests requesting housekeeping services
- Coordinating with the housekeeping team to ensure requests are fulfilled promptly
- Maintaining records of all housekeeping requests and following up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer service to address any concerns or special requests from guests
- Keeping track of inventory and supplies needed for housekeeping services
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize requests effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and tracking information
