About the role:



The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager in executing the day-to-day operational requirements of the department.




What you will do



Main Duties/Description:



1. Directly responsible for the day-to-day key processes in his/her area of work.
2. Actively participates in briefings and meetings. Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model. Attends all scheduled training sessions.
3. Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule.
4. Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards.



5. Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment
6. Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills. Keeps abreast of events in the hotel.



7. Inspects guest rooms and public areas as assigned and in accordance with hotel standards; stocks and maintains the linen closet.



8. Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction



9. Assists in general department administration and in routine inventory taking of supplies and operating equipment.



10. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping, Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Director of Rooms.




What you bring
• A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand



• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task 



• High level of understanding and knowledge of Housekeeping and Rooms operations



• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)



• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
