Responsibilities:

  • Support the Resident Engineer and project leadership with HSE reporting, incident investigations, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Review and approve contractor HSE plans, method statements, permits to work, and emergency response procedures.

  • Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and contractors to resolve HSE issues and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of HSE experience in construction supervision within the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong understanding of UAE HSE legislation, local authority requirements, and international standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001).
  • Demonstrated experience managing HSE on building, infrastructure, or mixed‑use development projects.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent are mandatory.
