Job description

Operational Duties

  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections to ensure that companies operating within the Ajman Free Zones Authority are free from violations.
  • Verify that companies are operating in accordance with their licensed business activities and leased premises.
  • Prepare inspection reports and submit them to the Team Leader.
  • Follow up on violations and issue warnings and fines to companies that breach the regulations of the Ajman Free Zones Authority and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs.
  • Coordinate with relevant government authorities to handle absconding cases.

Administrative Duties

  • Adopt excellence concepts in performance and contribute to promoting them within the organizational unit, while supporting the development and implementation of the Authority’s Integrated Management System.
  • Document organizational knowledge in all its forms, actively share knowledge, and maintain the confidentiality of information.
  • Comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements and standards.
  • Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures of the Ajman Free Zones Authority by promoting awareness and ensuring effective implementation.
