You will support senior architects in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments. This role is ideal for individuals who want to strengthen their design skills and gain exposure to the full architectural workflow.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing concept designs, sketches, and architectural layouts.
  • Support the preparation of detailed drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Contribute to 3D modelling, rendering, and visualisation for design presentations.
  • Conduct research on materials, design trends, sustainability approaches, and building standards.
  • Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and coordination meetings.
  • Help prepare documentation required for municipality submissions, approvals, and compliance.
  • Maintain organised libraries of drawings, models, and design references.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in architectural design, concept development, and visual storytelling.
  • Basic proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of architectural principles, building layouts, and design standards.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong visual and spatial awareness.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
