Role Summary :
The F&B Intern will support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional guest service in line with Dusit’s Thai-inspired gracious hospitality. This role provides hands-on exposure to restaurant, banquet, and bar operations
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in restaurant setup, table service, and guest seating as per service standards
Support in taking orders, serving food & beverages, and clearing tables
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, equipment, and dining outlets
Assist with banquet setups, buffets, and special events
Learn about menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and guest interaction
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or completed studies in Hospitality / Hotel Management
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and guest-focused mindset
Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Neat grooming and professional appearance
