As an IT Channel Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through a high-performing partner ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our network of channel partners—including resellers, distributors, system integrators, and value-added partners—ensuring they are enabled, engaged, and aligned with our sales strategy.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to drive growth through partners
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers, distributors, and system integrators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Drive revenue by managing partner pipelines, forecasts, and joint business plans
  • Enable partners through training, tools, and ongoing sales support
  • Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns, programs, and incentives
  • Monitor partner performance and optimise the partner ecosystem
  • Provide market insights, track competitor activity, and report on channel performance

Qualifications:
  • 6–8 years of experience in IT channel sales or partner management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experienc

Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, or system integrators
  • Knowledge of electrical products / instrumentation is highly desirable
  • Commercially driven, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
