Roles and Responsibilities 


  1. Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for the Calibration Department.
  2.  Design OJT curriculums, individual training plans, questionnaires, and maintain OJT records for departmental staff.
  3. Manage master standards, instruments/equipment, spares, and maintenance plans in SAP, including uploading, deactivating, and updating records.
  4. Create and manage SOP-related tasks in SAP to ensure M5 timely notifications to be generated.
  5. Generate purchase requests (PRs) and coordinate with the Purchase Department for PO creation and receipt of technical offers.
  6. Create, monitor, and follow up on Deviations, Change Controls (CC), and CAPAs in Ample Logic.
  7. Prepare and track monthly KPIs for the Calibration Department.
  8.  Arrange, send, and receive master and reference standards for calibration across Julphar plants and R&D laboratories, coordinating with third-party calibration services as needed.
  9. Coordinate with suppliers, Purchase, Security, and Logistics departments for collection, delivery, and overseas shipping of reference standards.
  10. Update reference and master standard plans on a monthly and yearly basis.
  11. Follow calibration procedures and verify the calibration range of all standards.
  12. Support departmental staff in documentation and ensure the achievement of calibration objectives.

Qualification/Functional Knowledge


  1. Master’s in information technology
  2. 0-2 years of experience
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Experience in MS office, SAP & EQMS
  5. Awareness in ISO-17025 guidelines.
