Key Responsibilities
  • Perform microbiological testing for sterile and non-sterile samples, including LBPC, BET, MLT, and bioburden testing.
  • Conduct water testing, environmental monitoring, and microbiological assay testing.
  • Maintain, sub-culture, identify, and perform GPT on microbiological cultures.
  • Complete laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.
  • Enter test results into SAP and monitor equipment and area temperatures through Vaisala/SIRIUS systems.
  • Support microbiology laboratory operations and quality compliance activities.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Prepare SOPs, qualification, and validation documents.
  • Report deviations, OOS, OOL, and excursions as required.
  • Manage eQMS activities through the Amplelogic system.
  • Follow safety procedures and good laboratory practices at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or a related Biological Science.
  • Knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and GMP laboratory practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP, eQMS systems, or laboratory monitoring systems is an advantage.
