Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Ken Fix It to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at our hotel facilities. The Ken Fix It will be responsible for ensuring that the guest rooms are well-maintained and any maintenance requests or issues are promptly addressed to meet guest needs. This role involves carrying out general and preventive maintenance duties in guest rooms to uphold high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain good customer service standards when interacting with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests or issues in guest rooms.
- Conduct day-to-day general and preventive maintenance tasks in hotel guest rooms.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect the health and safety of guests and employees.
- Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Ken Fix It or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or other relevant areas is a plus.
