Job Summary Responsible for leasing company-managed (PM) properties and secondary market units, handling company-provided leads, conducting viewings, closing deals, and maintaining high occupancy levels with full administrative support.
Key Responsibilities Leasing of company Property Management (PM) portfolio Handle leasing/ Sales of secondary market properties Contact and follow up on company-distributed leads Qualify prospective tenants and understand their requirements Arrange and conduct property viewings Present properties and explain features, pricing, and terms Negotiate rental terms between landlord and tenant Secure bookings and close leasing/ Sales transactions Coordinate with admin team for contracts and documentation Ensure accuracy of all leasing/Selling paperwork Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants Provide regular updates on lead status and deal progress Maintain high occupancy for company-managed properties Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPI's Competitive 50/50 commission structure – Earn 50% of the commission on every successfully completed leasing transaction, with no cap on your earning potential.

Minimum 1 year proven experience in real estate leasing Experience in PM properties and/or secondary market preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused and target-driven Ability to work independently and close deals Knowledge of local real estate market (Dubai preferred) Valid UAE driving license preferred Professional Conduct & Reporting Ability to work in a disciplined and professional manner Mandatory office attendance and punctuality Report to office as per company working hours Maintain professional appearance and behavior Provide daily activity updates to management Update CRM system daily with leads, viewings, and deal progress Accurate reporting of calls, meetings, and transactions
