Logistics Coordinator, Offshore


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Facilitate the organization of MHE mobilization and demobilization, including operators.
  2. Monitor and coordinate on-site deployment schedules to ensure equipment availability aligns with project requirements.
  3. Collaborate with drivers, site supervisors, and transport teams to ensure operational timeliness.
  4. Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, operational hours, and fuel consumption as needed.
  5. Ensure all deployed equipment meets ADNOC standards and certifications.
  6. Assist in monitoring training, CICPA, PTW, and safety certifications for operators and equipment.
  7. Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all documentation, including third-party certifications and inspection logs.
  8. Act as a key liaison between end-users, internal teams, and site management for effective communication.
  9. Document daily activity logs and equipment breakdown reports.
  10. Prepare and submit regular reports (daily, weekly, ad-hoc) on operational status and compliance.
  11. Adhere strictly to ADNOC HSE policies and company safety guidelines.
  12. Promptly report any incidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment malfunctions.
  13. Participate actively in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.

Qualifications & Characteristics:



Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
Work Experience – 2 to 3 years experience in offshore operations



Technical Skills-



•Familiarity with equipment such as cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, and trailers.
•Basic understanding of equipment certification and site requirements.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
