Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Performance Management
  • Develop, monitor, and report hospital-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Balanced Scorecards, and performance dashboards.
  • Track departmental and organizational performance against strategic and operational goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
  • Ensure alignment of operational objectives with hospital strategy and regulatory requirements.
Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality management methodologies.
  • Identify inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
  • Facilitate performance improvement projects across clinical and non-clinical departments.
  • Establish and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Analyze operational, clinical, financial, workforce, and patient-related data.
  • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and management reports using BI tools.
  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, benchmarking, and predictive analytics.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance standards are maintained.
Hospital Operations Support
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve patient flow, capacity management, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor hospital productivity indicators such as:
    • Bed Occupancy Rate
    • Average Length of Stay (ALOS)
    • Emergency Department Turnaround Time
    • Operating Room Utilization
    • Outpatient Waiting Time
    • Clinic Utilization
    • Readmission Rates
  • Support operational planning and service optimization initiatives.
Quality & Accreditation
  • Support regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements (JCI, CBAHI, DOH, DHA, MOHAP, etc.).
  • Monitor quality indicators and patient safety metrics.
  • Ensure performance reporting supports quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in audits, assessments, and accreditation activities.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
  • Support annual operational and strategic planning cycles.
  • Conduct business case analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Develop presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level reviews.
  • Benchmark organizational performance against local and international healthcare standards.


Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, Health Informatics, or related discipline) preferred.
