Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and assembly work instructions to ensure accurate execution of assembly activities.
Assemble and install heavy truck mechanical components in accordance with approved manufacturing and quality standards.
Perform fitting, alignment, and installation of engines, transmissions, axles, chassis components, and related mechanical systems.
Use torque wrenches, measuring instruments, and hand tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with engineering requirements.
Support vehicle and engine assembly operations while maintaining productivity and adherence to production schedules.
Inspect assembled components, identify defects or non-conformities, and assist in implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality.
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical assembly issues to minimize rework and ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in safe and operational condition while following established housekeeping standards.
Ensure compliance with company safety regulations, quality procedures, and manufacturing best practices throughout all assembly activities.
