Context

The MEP Coordinator will oversee the coordination between various disciplines, ensuring seamless integration of MEP design within depot facilities. This role will involve tracking interface points, managing design integration, and ensuring the MEP system aligns with overall project requirements and objectives.



Missions/Main Duties
  • Ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the depot facilities and overall project design.
  • Coordinate and review MEP design to esnure alignments with different disciplines
  • Track and resolve interface points between disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between various project teams to align MEP systems with overall system requirements.
  • Follow up on the design and ensure timely completion. Follow up on design development, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and standards.
Profile/Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.



Background: 



  • Minimum 10 years of experience of relevant experience in railway or large infrastructure projects (buildings construction preferred).
  • Familiarity with MEP systems (HVAC, fire protection, power, lighting, plumbing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-discipline coordination.
  • UAE and GCC experience and/or previous consultancy environment experience advantageous.
