Job Summary:

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Operation Manager (Fast food), overseeing restaurants in UAE. Own day-to-day standards, GM development, local sales growth, cost control and compliance. Floor-focused (60–70% in restaurants). Not a strategic director role — this is operational excellence and store-leader development.



Key Responsibilities:
    • Current or recent experience in UAE or wider GCC restaurant operations.
    • Sports bar, bar-and-grill or licensed casual dining background.
    • Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed units.
    • Familiarity with delivery platforms and online ordering systems.

Requirements:
