Your role:



The Partnerships Manager in Acute Care Informatics (ACI) in Growth region is responsible for leading relationships with strategic channel partners and Partner C-level executives, aligning business objectives, fostering strong partnerships, driving global partner development initiatives, defining long-term strategic directions, prioritizing initiatives with senior leadership, overseeing global partnerships and influencing go-to-market strategies for ACI success in Growth region.



In addition, this role will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, team performance, and business growth of the Acute Care Informatics portfolio across META, driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence.




You're the right fit if:



  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.



  • Minimum 8 years of experience in areas such as Sales, Partner Management, Account Management or equivalent.



  • Strong skills in business development, stakeholder management (C-suite level), KPI monitoring and reporting, and commercial acumen.



  • Ability to work effectively with teams in different time zones.



  • Flexible in traveling up to 20%.



  • Experience in Growth region is preferred (for internal applicants).
