Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare employee vacation settlements, including leave salary, accrued leave, and other applicable benefits.



  • Process employee end-of-service settlements, including gratuity, leave encashment, pending salary, and final dues in accordance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.



  • Enter and maintain employee deductions in the payroll system, including salary advances, loans, unpaid leave, absences, and other approved deductions.



  • Verify employee records, payroll data, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy before processing settlements.



  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlement processing.



  • Ensure all settlement calculations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures.



  • Maintain accurate payroll and settlement records while ensuring the confidentiality of employee information.



  • Prepare settlement reports, reconcile payroll-related transactions, and support monthly payroll and final settlement activities.



  • Ensure timely processing of employee settlements to provide a smooth separation experience.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.



  • Payroll, HR, or Finance certifications are an added advantage.
