Planning Engineer:
1. Responsible of preparing PM schedules through HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM)
2. Planning and scheduling all PM and BM jobs using HxGN EAM planning software, based
on priority.
3. Preparation of Weekly; Monthly, Quarterly, Annual look-ahead Schedule.
4. Coordinating the reporting of Key Performance indicators: preparing, follow-up, and
achieving them
5. Support the Improvement of the maintenance process related to PM, BM jobs and
employee resources.
6. Resource estimation and planning with Supervisors and manager.
7. Auditing terminals for all asset-integrity related areas; assuring compliance of integrity
management processes and procedures with the company‘s systems and Safety
standards
8. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
9. Failure Mode Effective Analysis on all continuous failing assets and providing better
solution.
10. Monitoring of the Internal Utilization of manpower as well as outsourcing Resources
hired
11. Support in Preparing Method statements, Risk Assessments, Work Instructions in
reference to the user manual.
12. Coordinate the Physical Inventory requirements to develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to optimize its operations. 13. Monitor and assess store and warehouse with safety & Technical guidelines to control of consumables, spares and tools as well to use the industry practices for Stores & warehouse like easy identification.
14. Monitor inventory levels regularly, conduct regular stock reconciliations, and coordinate with Finance & Procurement teams to ensure an adequate & quality supply as well a robust quality control process to ensure that all incoming and outgoing products meet industry standards
15. Coordination of receipt and acceptance of consumables spares and tools stock deliveries, prepare good receipt, Material issuance and monitoring inventory.
16. Responsible for arranging material on urgent purchase through petty cash.
17. Coordinate the Maintenance Job Packages that shall be available according to the scheduling/instructions, organizing tools, spare parts as per the job priority.
18. Follow up on MM set routine basis for the following and reports to MS but not limited to:
A. Status of requisitions pending issuance of LPO, and those pending items for delivery (critical and non-critical)
B. Follow up of equipment repair taken out by third party services.
C. Coordination of preparation and distribution of periodical reports as required/set by MM as below: · List of consumable and spare parts stock by equipment/terminal location and stock below the critical quantity level set, · List of urgent items required for completion of critical jobs, · List of equipment taken out for third party repair, · List of defective consumables, spares, tools awaiting replacement, · OPEX fore-cast · OPEX Budget estimation
Project Coordinator:
1. Coordinates closely with MM on all improvements, modifications, new projects to understand fully the implication of such changes in detail, and to contribute to assure that such changes meet Terminal requirements. 2. Preparation of multidisciplinary Scope of Work, evaluation of vendor’s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc for minor projects set by MM.
3. Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations, project documents like Method Statement, Risk Assessment, etc.
4. Co-ordination with Operations & logistics to capture the future business requirements.
5. Is familiar with all “project requirement” work being carried out within the terminal, makes routine inspections to assure that work/safety standards are met, follows progress and keeps MM updated.
6. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the improvements or major maintenance, by effectively coordinating relevant construction and engineering activities between individual contractors, Operations, HSSE and Maintenance Team
7. Supervise, monitor and inspect contractor and suppliers work and material to ensure performance is of acceptable quality
8. Ensure that a Work Permit System requirement has been followed in Operational areas. Coordinate with Operations, maintenance, HSSE & Contractors for interface activity.
9. Closely follows project and modification work carried out by contractors in order to be fully familiar with the equipment layout and possible problems at a later stage and periodically reviews Contractor deliverables by develops and implements detailed quality assurance procedures.
10. Coordinate with others disciplines team for field design change, site constraint, preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, HAZOP Studies & reports and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other departments, status of documents, preparation of as-built drawings and final dossier
11. Is conversant with all terminal equipment/plant/facilities, maintains detailed manuals, catalogues and/or files, and recommends upgrade of present facilities.
12. Actively and with proactive approach identify the potential delays and proposed recovery or mitigating measures for the Project and Maintenance Activities
13. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems by reviewing the design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
14. Take over and handover of new/modified/improved project facilities with all required technical details, training, etc as per commissioning plan in line with contractual obligations and stored appropriately following all ADVARIO Project guidelines
15. Project cost control management skills, cost estimate, review schedule Capital project budgeting, Project budget follow-up and ensure the control company’s exposure and risk.
16. Coordinate with SEAD team and consultant / contractors / suppliers to resolve on-site construction issues.
Competences
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with knowledge about Oil and Gas products &
machineries, Mechanical engineering preferred
2. 4-6 years’ experience and the industry
3. Fluent in written and spoken English.
4. Knowledge about asset maintenance and planning computerized.
5. Knowledge about time estimation for doing maintenance of assets.
6. Knowledge of equipment, spares, consumables and tools used in Petroleum
Storage Terminals.
7. Conversant with basic record keeping requirements.
8. Conversant with codes and industry standards such API, NFPA, ISOs
9. Good internal and external communications skills
10. Team leadership skills
