The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with clients, arranging property viewings, presenting suitable investment options, and closing sales deals. The agent must have strong communication skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and follow up with potential buyers and investors.
Present suitable property options based on client requirements.
Arrange and attend property viewings, client meetings, and project presentations.
Promote company listings through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and update client status.
Coordinate with developers, clients, and the company team to complete transactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Maintain professional communication and represent the company in a positive manner.
