What You'll Do

• Speak with inbound international leads and understand their wedding needs
• Build trust with couples through clear, empathetic, and confident communication
• Recommend the right wedding solution based on each client's situation
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and client updates using CRM tools
• Handle a high volume of leads while staying structured and responsive
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients
• Work closely with our international team to create a smooth client experience
