Reservations Agent - Restaurants

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Restaurant Reservations Agent (Part-time) to join our team at Central Reservations in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and highly organized individual who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting multiple award-winning restaurant concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations across the group's portfolio of restaurants via phone, email, and online booking platforms

  
  

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries

  
  

• Accurately process, modify, and confirm reservations

  
  

• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest preferences

  
  

• Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and efficient table management

  
  

• Handle special requests and provide guests with accurate information regarding venues, operating hours, and policies

  
  

• Maximize booking opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

  
  

• Ensure all reservation systems are updated accurately and consistently

  
  

• Support the team with administrative tasks related to reservations when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional foreign language would be advantageous

  
  

• Strong telephone etiquette and a professional, guest-focused approach

  
  

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  
  

• Comfortable using reservation platforms (SevenRooms) and Microsoft Office

  
  

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  
  

• Currently based in Dubai and hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
