Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations across multiple locations
  • Coordinate with mall management, landlords, and property management teams
  • Handle permits, approvals, gate passes, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate fit-out projects, renovations, and new branch openings
  • Process trade licenses, government approvals, and regulatory documentation
  • Manage vendor coordination, maintenance activities, and facility requirements
  • Maintain branch records, contracts, licenses, and operational reports



Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years UAE experience in Retail Operations, Branch Administration, Facilities Management, or Fit-Out Coordination
  • Experience managing multiple branches
  • Knowledge of mall management processes, retail compliance, and licensing
  • Experience in branch openings, fit-outs, renovations, and project coordination
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office



Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
