Job description

We are looking for experienced Riggers to support the installation, operation, and dismantling of rigging systems for theaters, live events, entertainment productions, concerts, exhibitions, and other project-based works.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, comfortable working at height, and experienced with lifting and rigging operations.
Scope of Work Install and dismantle theater rigging and scenic systems.
Install overhead winches, chain hoists, secondary rigging, trusses, and suspension systems.
Perform lifting, hoisting, and positioning of equipment and structures using safe rigging practices.
Assemble and install theatrical rigging hardware and lifting accessories.
Support stage, lighting, LED, audio, scenic, and production installations.
Inspect rigging equipment before use and report any defects.
Follow lifting plans, site instructions, and health & safety procedures.
Work safely at height and use appropriate PPE at all times.
Assist with setup, operation, and derig of productions and live events.
Previous experience as a Rigger in theater, live events, entertainment, concerts, exhibitions, or related industries.
Familiarity with theater rigging, scenic systems, trusses, overhead winches, chain hoists, and theatrical hardware.
Comfortable working at height and in fast-paced environments.
Good understanding of rigging equipment, lifting techniques, and safe work practices.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime when required.
IRATA certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) is an advantage for work involving rope access.
Valid Working at Height certification is preferred.
Relevant lifting equipment inspection or slinger/signaller certification is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
