Job Purpose

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company's building materials and industrial products. The role requires regular customer visits, identifying new projects, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE construction and building materials market.
  • Conduct daily visits to contractors, construction companies, developers, consultants, factories, retailers, and project sites.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Promote the company's products and provide technical product information when required.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations until orders are secured.
  • Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company policies.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Follow up on customer payments and ensure collections are made according to agreed credit terms.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide regular market feedback.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Represent the company professionally.
  • Comply with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of outdoor sales experience in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in selling building materials, industrial supplies, construction products, or engineering products.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of the UAE construction industry and local market.
  • Speaks English.
