Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.


Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion.  The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.


Lead SP3D Engineer


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise the 3D modeling discipline using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) for EPC projects.


  • Develop and review 3D models for piping, equipment, HVAC, structural, and civil disciplines.


  • Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.


  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and clash-free models.


  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to SP3D designers and junior modelers.


  • Support project deliverables, including isometric drawings, material take-offs, and reports.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Piping, or relevant discipline) or equivalent.


  • 15 years + of experience in 3D modeling for Oil & Gas/EPC projects.


  • Strong proficiency in SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) and related engineering tools.


  • ADNOC or Middle East project experience is highly preferred.


  • Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.


Senior  Design Engineer (SP3D)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain 3D models for piping, equipment, and structural systems using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D).


  • Generate accurate isometric drawings, material take-offs (MTOs), and reports from the 3D model.


  • Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure clash-free and compliant designs.


  • Implement revisions and updates in the 3D model based on engineering inputs and project changes.


  • Ensure adherence to project standards, client specifications, and international codes.


  • Support project deliverables and maintain model integrity throughout all design phases.


Requirements:


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Piping, or relevant Engineering discipline.


  • 15 + years of experience in SP3D modeling for Oil & Gas / EPC projects.


  • Strong proficiency in SmartPlant 3D software and associated design tools.


  • Familiarity with ADNOC or other Middle East project standards is preferred.


  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective teamwork skills.
