Job Purpose


Support Authority-level Project Portfolio Management (PPM) by coordinating portfolio activities, monitoring project performance, maintaining portfolio data and systems, and producing structured reports on projects, budgets, and benefits to ensure alignment with RTA strategies and governance requirements.


Roles and Responsibilities


Strategy


•Support implementation of the PPM and EPM frameworks, policies, and procedures across RTA entities.


•Assist in evaluating project proposals and inputs to support portfolio prioritization and planning activities.


•Contribute to reviewing project information, business cases, and plans to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.


•Support benchmarking and continuous improvement of portfolio management practices.


Operations


•Monitor project portfolio performance and track progress across sectors and entities.


•Prepare and consolidate periodic portfolio reports (e.g., quarterly progress reports).


•Support benefits realization tracking and reporting across projects and programs.


•Assist in preparing and reviewing project budget reports in coordination with Finance and relevant stakeholders.


•Maintain and update portfolio data within EPM/PPM systems.


•Support review of project submissions, updates, and change requests in line with defined processes.


•Coordinate with sectors and departments to collect project data, updates, and performance inputs.


•Support execution of reporting requirements and ensure timely submissions.


Product / Process Improvement


•Support operation and enhancement of the PPM/EPM system and related tools.


•Assist in developing templates, reporting formats, and dashboards for portfolio monitoring.


•Contribute to improving portfolio governance processes, workflows, and reporting cycles.


•Support knowledge-sharing sessions and training on portfolio management practices and tools.


Physical Working Conditions


•Conduct site visits, as required, to support project tracking and validation of reported progress.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in engineering


1+ years in case of master’s degree (2+ years in case of bachelor’s degree)
