Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and subcontractor payments.
Prepare and evaluate variation orders and cost reports.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Review subcontractor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
Conduct progress measurements and prepare interim payment applications.
Maintain cost control reports and project financial records.
Support contract administration and project handover activities.
We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support quantity take-offs, cost estimation, project documentation, and commercial activities. The candidate will work closely with the project and commercial teams.
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and BOQs.
Support preparation of cost estimates and material calculations.

Assist in preparing variation reports and payment applications.

Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for quantity updates.

Minimum 8+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
Strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects.
Good knowledge of contracts, BOQ, estimation, and cost control.
UAE contracting experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Junior QS
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Junior QS in construction projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred.
Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and construction costing.
Good communication and documentation skills.
UAE construction experience is an advantage.
