Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD/enterprise services, and CSM.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to support delivery decisions, prioritize risks, and align business demands with platform capabilities.
Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into platform solutions, challenge feasibility when needed, and clarify deliverable functionalities.
Support governance and design consistency through design reviews, maintaining module consistency, and promoting reuse of existing capabilities.
Contribute to the platform roadmap by identifying enhancements, prioritizing initiatives, and recommending service delivery and user experience improvements.
Act as an escalation point for complex functional or platform decisions, cross-module design issues, and delivery challenges requiring platform-level input.
