We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Nurse to join our team and provide primary healthcare services at our construction site.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees by providing first aid, managing medical emergencies, maintaining medical records, and promoting workplace wellness in compliance with UAE regulations.
This role is ideal for a proactive healthcare professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment and can respond effectively to workplace incidents.
Key Responsibilities Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment to employees and visitors on site.
Assess injuries and illnesses and determine whether further medical attention or hospitalization is required.
Monitor the health and wellbeing of employees and maintain accurate medical records.
Administer prescribed medications and basic treatments within the scope of practice.
Coordinate emergency response procedures and arrange ambulance services when necessary.
Conduct regular inspections of first aid kits and ensure medical supplies are fully stocked.
Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
Promote health awareness and educate employees on workplace safety and preventive healthcare.
Support pre-employment and periodic medical examinations where required.
Maintain confidential medical documentation in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Work closely with the HSE team to investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH/DOH regulations and company health and safety policies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
