About Birdcast Birdcast is a broadcast-quality podcast and video production studio in Dubai, founded by a producer with 30+ years of experience across BBC, CNN, Sky News Arabia, and Bloomberg. We work with clients like Emirates Development Bank, Danone, and Johnson & Johnson, producing content across our Tron, Ciera, and Contemporary studio sets.

Role Overview We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to grow Birdcast’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok — turning studio sessions and client work into content that drives bookings. You’ll need a solid grasp of media production and marketing fundamentals, not just posting schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across platforms
  • Film and edit Reels/short-form content in-studio (Tron set is our top visual asset)
  • Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads) alongside organic growth
  • Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with Birdcast’s brand voice
  • Track performance metrics and report on what’s converting to bookings
  • Coordinate with the production team to source raw footage from client shoots
  • Manage community engagement and DMs, including lead capture

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in social media management, ideally within media, marketing, or a creative/production agency
  • Strong understanding of short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and basic paid campaign setup
  • Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE and able to work on-site
  • Portfolio of past social content required
