The role is unique because it is not limited to reporting or traditional business operations. The person will work across the full strategy-to-execution lifecycle identifying growth opportunities, shaping executive decisions, designing programs, and seeing those programs through to measurable business outcomes.

Your Impact



Strategic planning and business operations:



  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, develop strategic plans, and lead initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and measurement.
  • Data driven analysis: Strong capabilities in Excel modeling, scenario analysis, KPI development, business-performance analysis, and translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
  • Recurring revenue business acumen: Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, subscription, renewals, customer retention, and attrition drivers.
  • Executive communication and storytelling: Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, decision-oriented narratives, presentations, and recommendations for senior executives.
  • Cross-functional program leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Operations in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and SQL would be a valuable additional capability but is not required.

Minimum Qualifications



  • 7 years of Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations or experience with track record of overachieving goals in large tech companies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Finance, technology or engineering 

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, or BizOps role in large tech company (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft, Dell, Google)
  • Exposure to B2B enterprise hardware & software, SaaS, or platform business models.
  • Experience in supporting the development of Long Range and Annual Strategic growth plans (yearly / half-yearly) and developing processes to accelerate timing.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, and visual (PowerPoint decks, storytelling, data synthesis).
  • Experience in framing & structuring business problems, prioritizing efforts, conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, building an executive level story complete with recommendations
  • Fact-based and hands-on with data and analysis. Able to independently lead Excel modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI development. Solid understanding of business intelligence (BI) tools and SQL a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed
