About the Job:

Plan, Supervise and coordinate preventive and spot maintenance of tanker terminal. Ensure safety, integrity of tanker terminal in accordance with approved standards. Ensure adherence to company polices guidelines and port regulations with focusing on HSE compliance




Job Specific Accountabilities Part 1:
  • Supervising in the day-to-day tanker berths operational issues
  • Review daily performance reports and recognize deviations from scheduled achievements to recommend corrective actions or modifications to work controls
  • Supervise and follow up preventing maintenance schedule to ensure reediness of tanker berths for loading operation
  • Monitoring tanker berth spare parts and issuing requisitions whenever required to maintain sufficient stock
  • Lead and supervisor the execution of hoses replacement campaign
  • Supervising diving team and diving support vessel
  • Detect and identify any limitations or work overloads due to lack of resources to ensure provision of sufficient capital and material resources under the supervision of the section head or team leader
  • Interacts with team leader, section head, contractor's personnel, or any other team members to resolve conflicts and improve work outcome


Job Specific Accountabilities Part 2:
  • Participate in the development of the scope of works and technical specs for the marine units to ensure meeting project plan and service requirements
  • Carry out duties in line with company policies and procedures and as directed by the line manager
  • Provide supervision, training, and development activities for new personnel to support organization's succession plans
  • Ensure the conduct of toolbox talks prior commence work
  • Ensure HSE policy, procedures, regulations and objectives are effetely implemented
  • Other duties as directed by Marine Team Leader
  • Support and follow up the development and training of UAE National at all trade


Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marine Certification / Maritime Studies.
  • Minimum 5 years in relevant field of activities preferably in marine industry.


Professional Certifications
  • Knowledge of Marine international Rules (STCW, ISM, ISO)
