Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Three (3) Technical Office Engineers (Civil) to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers

What you will need to do:


  • Prepare, review, and submit shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals in line with project requirements.
  • Perform quantity take-off (QTO) and assist in cost estimation and variation orders.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure all civil works comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and IFC drawings.
  • Prepare method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and support planning team with technical inputs.
  • Maintain proper documentation control and ensure all revisions are updated.
  • Assist in preparation of progress reports, RFIs, and technical correspondences.
  • Support procurement team with technical evaluation of materials and subcontractor submissions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of design clashes and site coordination issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects in the UAE.
  • Strong ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and engineering documentation systems.
  • Experience in shop drawings, QTO, and technical office coordination.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction methods (earthworks, concrete, infrastructure works, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
