Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Technical Office Engineer (Piping), who will be based in our site Office.



Job Description
  • Review and interpret piping drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, specifications, and engineering documents for construction.
  • Prepare and review technical submittals, method statements, material submittals, RFIs, and technical queries (TQs).
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, procurement, and planning teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure piping works comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, ASME, API, and applicable international codes.
  • Monitor engineering revisions and ensure the latest approved drawings and documents are available for construction.
  • Provide technical support during piping fabrication, installation, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and pre-commissioning activities.
  • Review material take-offs (MTOs), piping material specifications, and support procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with the Document Control team to maintain accurate engineering records and document revisions.
  • Participate in constructability reviews and provide technical solutions to support efficient project execution.
  • Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
  • Attend technical coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.



Additional Information
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in piping engineering or technical office functions within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on ADNOC projects or similar GCC Oil & Gas facilities is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of piping construction, fabrication, installation, and testing requirements.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC engineering standards, project specifications, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements.
  • Experience in preparing engineering documentation and resolving construction-related technical issues.
  • Good understanding of ASME, API, ASTM, and other relevant piping codes and standards.
  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
