Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Specialist to support our business development efforts by generating qualified leads, conducting outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our advisory team. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with business decision-makers and has experience in B2B telecalling or inside sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
  • Introduce Transacle's accounting, taxation, compliance, and corporate services to potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings for the business development and advisory teams.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and increase conversion opportunities.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets.


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Experience promoting accounting, VAT, corporate tax, business setup, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and customer engagement skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
