Monitor Loading and offloading of the shipment/goods with drivers and helpers.
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders Responsible for receiving, storing, transferring, shipping materials/products and other assigned tasks.
Ensure the proper packing and wrapping of material before dispatch to the customer.
Responsible and accountable for proper material handling Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock take and audit of same to verify results.
Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report any store-related issues, such as damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards, to the superior immediately.
Clean and maintain the cleanliness of work areas; to ensure industry sanitation and safety codes are followed.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Assist the operations team with ad hoc requests for product picking, packaging, and dispatching.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
Job Prerequisites: Required: Applicants must be currently based in the UAE High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Warehouse role within UAE Minimum 1-2 years’ Forklift Driving experience Experience in preparing, palletising, and packing materials Fluent in speaking and writing in English Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Preferred and advantage: Knowledge in Hindi Ability to work with the computerized inventory system and data entry skills to update the inventory control system.
