Your role As a Field Service Engineer - NCAir, your mission is to contribute to the profitability of the company’s business by providing professional and efficient service of Air compressors & ancillary Equipment. You will provide service & maintenance on customers machines. Key Responsibilities: To promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines. To effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, field and workshop based. To carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment. To identify required parts to effect repairs. To complete job reports correctly and return in a timely manner. If required, to plan and organise daily and weekly visit schedules. Required to take part in the on-call rota. To maintain test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition. Ad-hoc tasks as required. Effectively promote the MultiAir UK Compressor company image. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills. Pass on leads to help generate sales and Adhoc.
