Your role As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support across the UK. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external customers, helping to solve problems, improve products, and ensure a seamless experience. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, you’ll combine technical expertise with communication and problem-solving skills to make a real impact. Providing technical support to customers and internal teams across the UK Responding to technical queries and troubleshooting issues Supporting remote commissioning and updates of Optimizer projects Assisting with spare parts enquiries and delivering related training Monitoring technical support systems, calls, and databases Reviewing and analysing warranty claims and enquiries Investigating product issues and identifying solutions Working closely with product teams to share feedback and drive improvements Delivering product training to internal and external stakeholders Supporting field engineers through training planning and coordination Contributing to continuous improvement and ad-hoc projects Your Skills and experience Experience within a mechanical and/or electrical engineering environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Confidence using computer systems and managing administrative tasks A proactive and self-motivated approach Willingness to travel across the UK (and occasionally overseas) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
