Our Client is building AI-powered capabilities — real-time transcription, automated documentation — that help hearing care professionals spend less time on admin and more time with patients.
This is a Senior Full Stack Developer role in AI Services team, focused on building and integrating AI-powered features into a cloud-based platform. Day-to-day work spans the full stack: .NET backend services and React frontends, REST APIs, event-driven microservices, and integrations with Azure-hosted infrastructure.
This is a role for engineers who value production quality and want their work to have real-world impact in healthcare.
Tech environment: C# / .NET, React, Azure Services, AKS, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps (Plus growing use of Python for AI tooling and experimentation)
Build and maintain full stack features end-to-end: .NET backend services and React frontends that bring AI-powered capabilities into clinician workflows.
Integrate AI components (e.g., speech-to-text, LLM services) into Client's platform — handling the plumbing, error handling, and UX that make these services reliable in production.
Design and implement REST APIs, event-driven services, and microservice integrations within our Azure-hosted ecosystem.
Write clean, testable code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and engineering quality practices.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead, fellow engineers, and Product to break down requirements, estimate work, and ship iteratively.
Participate actively in a remote scrum team: sprint ceremonies, PR reviews, and knowledge sharing.
5+ years experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
3+ years experience building frontends with React (TypeScript preferred)
Experience with backend patterns: REST APIs, async messaging, microservices
Cloud experience (Azure preferred) and solid engineering fundamentals (clean design, testing, CI/CD)
Comfort working autonomously in a remote, async-friendly team
Strong communication in English (B2+)
Familiarity with Python or willingness to pick it up over time (AI tooling, evaluation, and prototyping increasingly live in Python)
AKS/Kubernetes, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure AI Foundry
Experience integrating external AI/ML providers or services (speech-to-text, NLP/LLM APIs)
Experience working in regulated domains or with sensitive data
Greenfield AI work with real patient impact
Remote-first, async-friendly culture
High engineering and product standards
A team that values depth over hype: production quality over flashy prototypes
A culture that values personal growth as much as business outcomes
Long-term engagement in a stable, growing SaaS company
Flexible environment with a flat organizational structure
A global, diverse, and highly skilled team across Denmark, Ukraine, UK, Poland, Canada, Australia, USA, and more.
