micro1 is engaging Chemistry Experts to contribute their advanced domain knowledge to a customer's innovative project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Scope of Work

  1. Review and analyze technical chemistry content, identifying areas for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  2. Produce, edit, and validate experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, and technical analyses aligned with project requirements.
  3. Generate detailed explanations of chemistry concepts, mechanisms, and processes for diverse levels of complexity.
  4. Assess and fact-check chemical equations, data sets, and procedural steps.
  5. Collaborate with project coordinators via written and verbal communication to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  6. Provide structured feedback on chemistry-related data and documentation to support model development.
  7. Contribute to the creation and refinement of project guidelines based on your subject-matter expertise.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry or closely related field.
