Job Title: Product Manager


Job Type: Contractor (Part-time)


Location: Remote


Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
  2. Gather and prioritize customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation through launch and iteration.
  4. Facilitate agile product development processes using tools such as Jira and Linear.
  5. Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate vision, progress, and priorities with clarity.
  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and differentiation.
  7. Monitor product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Proficiency in product management tools, especially Jira and Linear.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Expertise in collaborating with remote and distributed teams.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
