Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 5-10+ years of experience in retail management, merchandising, inventory, or e-commerce leadership roles.
  2. Strong command of demand forecasting, markdown planning, and pricing strategy in a retail context.
  3. Deep knowledge of omnichannel and e-commerce operations, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English—this is essential for success in the role.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex retail scenarios and providing actionable insights.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with other retail experts in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  7. Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and documentation platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience training or mentoring teams within retail operations.
  2. Background working with US/CAN/UK retail markets; exceptional candidates from Europe and LATAM also considered.
