I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control work order ensures all request are being complete on time Maid cleaning, Personal booking and Transportation arrangement.
• Provide facility support to operation team for Inspection work, cleaning task, Painting task all work order are being complete on time and KPI's are meet.
• Perform preventive and building maintenance tasks; caulks windows and doors, routine plumbing, electrical repairs, replaces broken windows. Repair emergency light and transfer switches.
• Establish maintenance/engineering department consisting of security system, preventative maintenance and emergency programs for the entire facility.
• Develop and organize preventative maintenance and safety equipment inspection programs for compliance oversight.
• Perform mechanical and equipment repairs under OEPS standards and according to chemical and hazardous management policies.
• Maintain extensive grounds through cutting grass and edging around buildings and sidewalks.
• Maintain security, safety, cleanliness, chemical control and hazardous and according HSSE policy
• Develop, maintain, and submit budgets pertaining to facility manager on a weekly basis.
• Correspond with Receiving ensure all payments are make and receive in a timely manner.
• Organize team and inspection and verify import and export document with equipment arrange transportation and booking with cargo truck
• Support team and take care loadout and back load cargo until completed.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to influence people at all levels within the organisation.

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of 5S principles
• QHSE Theoretical and Practical knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated procedural knowledge and operational competency.
• Manufacturing experience.
• A person who has knowledge and understanding of customs procedures for importing andnexporting via port
• The service provider being knowledge about the process of loading and unloading goods at the port and free zone.
• Must have the ability to coordinate with both internal and external departments and government agencies to achieve the objectives of the work
• Able to use computers effectively such as Microsoft Office and other ready-made program

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3-5 years operational experience plus 0-1 years coordinator experience
• Electrical or Mechanical engineer or Equivalent
• Facility management and Lean manufacturing Operations
• Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to use diplomatic skills in dealing with company and outside customer personnel
• Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers
• Knowledge of logistic and inventory control process
