Product Manager

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

  
  

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities.

  
  

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to uncover insights and validate ideas.

  
  

• Write clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  
  

• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews in an agile environment.

  
  

• Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve.

  
  

• Align product development with company goals and ensure timely releases.

  
  

• Communicate product updates and decisions effectively to stakeholders.

  
  

• 3+ years of experience in product management within a tech-driven environment.

  
  

• Proven success delivering impactful products from concept to launch.

  
  

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.

  
  

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.).

  
  

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  
  

• Familiarity with tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

  
  

• Experience with data analytics tools is a plus (Clarity, Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.).
