Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Software Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and delivering software projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication between developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in regular stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Document project requirements, updates, and decisions to ensure alignment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Identify potential risks and work with teams to implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes to ensure best practices are followed.
• Assist in coordinating testing and deployment activities.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder communication.
• Provide regular project updates and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software development, IT project management, or Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile ceremonies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Microsoft Project).
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, software development, or DevOps concepts.

• Experience in stakeholder management and business analysis.
